Agreements made can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be fully charged to you. This also applies to missed appointments.

Guests must be 18 years or older to receive treatment unless they are accompanied by an adult.

If you are coming for the first time, we will provide you with an anamnesis at 15 minutes before the treatment. Arriving late will, unfortunately, limit the time for your treatment. Your treatment ends on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
